Terms of Service

By adding RoGoid to a Discord server, signing in to the dashboard, completing verification, or using voice support, you agree to these terms.

What RoGoid does

RoGoid is a verification bot that confirms Roblox account ownership for Discord members and gives server administrators tools to configure that process, review verification activity, and detect linked alt accounts.

Eligibility

You must meet Discord's and Roblox's own minimum age requirements to use RoGoid. Server administrators are responsible for configuring RoGoid in line with their own community guidelines and applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass, spoof, or defeat verification, VPN detection, or alt-account detection.
• Do not use RoGoid to harass, dox, or target another user based on information surfaced in the dashboard.
• Server admins may not attempt to extract IP addresses or raw location data through any means; doing so violates these terms regardless of technical method.
• Do not abuse the Discord or Roblox OAuth flows, automate account creation for verification, or resell access to the dashboard.

Voice support

You can request a voice call with our support team from the Contact Support page. By using it, you agree that:

• Voice support is available only when staff are online. We don't guarantee a response time, and your place in the queue is an estimate, not a promise.
• Calls aren't recorded. Staff may keep written notes about your request to help you and to improve support.
• You'll treat staff with respect. Harassment, abusive language, spam requests, or deliberately wasting staff time may lead to being removed from the queue, having a call ended, or losing access to voice support.
• Staff may remove a request from the queue, for example if it belongs in a ticket instead. When they do, they'll tell you why.
• RoGoid staff will never ask for your password, your Roblox or Discord login, or any payment details on a call. Don't share them, even if someone asks.

Server administrator responsibilities

If you configure RoGoid for a server, you're responsible for the verified role, nickname format, and moderation actions taken using data RoGoid surfaces (including alt-account flags). RoGoid provides signals the decision to act on them is yours.

Service availability

RoGoid is provided "as is." We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for moderation decisions made using RoGoid's data, downtime, or third-party API outages (Discord, Roblox, or our IP intelligence provider).

Termination

We may suspend or remove RoGoid's access to a server, a user's ability to verify, or a user's access to voice support, if we determine these terms have been violated. You may remove RoGoid from your server at any time via Discord's integration settings.

Changes

We may update these terms as RoGoid's features change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
