This policy covers RoGoid+ purchases made through Discord's subscription system on the bot's profile, and RoGoid+ purchased with Robux through our Roblox experience.
All RoGoid+ purchases are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions. RoGoid+ activates on your server automatically the moment payment completes, we treat activation as delivery of the product. You can cancel a Discord subscription anytime from your Discord subscriptions page to stop the next billing period. Robux purchases are additionally subject to Roblox's own terms, which do not permit refunds on Robux spent.
RoGoid+ subscriptions are tied to the server picked at purchase and are not transferable to another server, another Discord account, or another owner. We don't move an active subscription from one server to another. This applies to Robux purchases too once a server is activated, that Roblox account's future purchases only ever renew that same server.
Discord subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your Discord subscriptions page. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund time already paid for your server keeps RoGoid+ until the end of the current billing period. RoGoid+ purchased with Robux is not an auto-renewing subscription it's a manual purchase you make again each month, so "cancelling" simply means not buying it again; your server keeps RoGoid+ until the period you already paid for ends.
We may revoke a key and immediately deactivate the associated subscription in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or abuse. A revoked key cannot be reused, and a later repurchase from the same account does not automatically reinstate it it's reviewed by our team first.
Lifetime keys are exclusively granted by staff to select servers at their discretion. They are not publicly available, purchasable, or obtainable by users. Because lifetime keys are provided exclusively by staff and are not sold as a standard product, they are non-refundable and non-transferable once redeemed.
